was a great active day. I walked with a friend who wants to shed some weight. Then I met my friend Ryan at the gym. Working out with a guy is great. It really helps us step out of our routine and lift heavier.
Here is my workout:
Barbell Squat 4x12 - 70 lbs
Hack Squat 4x10- 75 lbs
Leg Curls 2x12- 65 lbs
2x10- 75 lbs
Hamstring Curl 4x12 50 lbs
I also did 20 minutes cardio on the stair master.
I took a very long break from posting but I am back. Thank you to those who are still following me. I will make it worth it :)
